Providing your information on this form is the first step; you’ll also need to complete Real Estate Broker Referral Agreement at the prospective buyer’s first visit to the home or sales office. Prospective buyers may not be eligible if they have 1) already visited the home or sales office, 2) previously registered with Christopher Alan Homes at another community or homesite, or 3) indicated that they are not represented by a broker.
