Your new home will have many components; becoming familiar with them may take some time. In the meantime, we’re here to lend a hand with support or troubleshooting when you need it. If something is wrong, we make it easy for you to initiate diagnosis and repairs using the form below. In an after-hours emergency, a list of vendors can be found on your home’s main electrical panel.

Emergency Contact:

In case of an emergency, please contact the contractor directly using the contact information on your breaker panel. Additionally, inform Customer Care so we can document the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Once we return, our team will follow up with you and the contractor to address your concerns.
